IAOP Boston Chapter Schedules first Meeting of 2008 - A Breakfast Session - Accelerating Growth Through Outsourcing and Offshoring

About Matthew Marx
Matthew is responsible for leading the technology operations and strategy, as well as assisting in the analysis of prospective 3rd-party investment managers for the Massachusetts PRIM Board which manages over $50 billion in state-related pension assets. PRIM is the second ranked public pension fund in the country and is in the top decile of all public funds in terms of historical returns. Prior to building the technology organization from inception at PRIM, Matthew was a technology strategist for PA Consulting Group, and a Director for Oracle’s 360Commerce product line. Matthew holds a MBA degree from BABSON College.

Rob serves as chairperson of the IAOP Boston Chapter.  He leads Expense Management Solutions' EMSInsight practice, which provides marketplace intelligence for shared services professionals.  EMSInsight leverages the expertise, information and data acquired during 10 plus years of client engagements, as well as the extensive professional networks of EMS’ senior staff, into industry reports, symposia, training resources, and research.
