The World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors list is a new addition to IAOP’s annual Global Outsourcing 100 list. To make the list, companies submitted applications covering some 18 criteria. Management consultants were judged not just on the size of their revenue, workforce and global presence, but also on customer satisfaction. The applications were reviewed and scored by a panel of independent judges. Boutique Advisors are categorized as firms with less than 50 professionals or less than $25 million in annual revenue. EMS was ranked twelfth among all outsourcing management consultants globally.
