                                            SENIOR CONSULTING ASSOCIATE


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in, and potentially lead, multiple project teams for client assignments on issues
    such as Business Process Reengineering, Decisions Support System Reviews,
    Asset Enhancement, Project Management and Sourcing Initiatives.
  • Participate in the development of recommended solutions to achieve client objectives. 
    Produce required documentation and presentation materials.  Participate in client presentations.
  • Build and maintain economic models for use in gathering and evaluating client
    and industry relevant data, benchmarking and formulating recommendations.
  • Participate in, or manage outsourcing reviews, develop relevant RFI, RFQ or RFP
    documentation, administer client bids, manage third party vendor negotiations, assess
    customer practices and propose improvements, evaluate technology options.
  • Initiate and follow through on research and development of appropriate tools to
    support the organization in delivering cost effective, quality services to client base.
  • Maintain innovative technical expertise in relevant industry trends and solutions. 
    Examples might include technology solutions for Purchasing, Travel Management,
    Mail & Transportation, Print, Records Management or Service Providers for outsourcing
    any corporate administrative functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance, Economics or Administration) is required;
MBA is preferred.  A minimum of 4-7 years of directly relevant operating experience
in Corporate Services (supplier management, procurement, food, mail, print etc.) is required.

Candidate must have proven analytical skills. Knowledge of statistics is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access is required. 
Excellent writing and communications skills are also required.
