Controller
The Controller is responsible for all financial and administrative aspects of company operations. This role provides leadership and coordination in planning and analysis, accounting, human resources, Information Technology and administrative efforts of the company. This position reports to the President.
- Perform month end close, reconcile accounts and improve financial systems.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, analyze financial information.
- Supervise a small staff that are responsible for human resources, office administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll functions,
bank deposits and other transactions. - Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide senior management.
- Administer all company benefits and employee programs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures; establish and maintain appropriate internal controls.
- Manage all aspects of Information Technology for the company.
- Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
- Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards.
Establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business is required, MBA is preferred. 10 - 15 years of directly relevant experience in corporate or professional services firms is required. In-depth knowledge of ERP accounting systems; experience with Deltek would be a plus. Prior hands on experience as a Controller in a small business environment preferred. Excellent written and verbal communications skills a must.

Senior Consultant/Manager
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage assignments that include: outsourcing reviews, managing third party vendor negotiations, assessing customer practices, implementing vendor management programs and proposing improvements, evaluating technology options, implementing standards and organizational restructuring.
- Provide subject matter expertise in relevant practice areas.
- Direct the design, development and delivery of client solutions.
- Manage engagement performance, schedules, profit, resource utililzation and customer satisfaction.
- Promote EMS brand and solutions.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 10-15 years experience in a project based environment. MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred. Needs to be a credible expert in field of sourcing, vendor management, corporate real estate or related field.
